## Fictional practice source pack

Reporting date: 30 October 2026. Project: workshop signup refresh.

| Source | Information |
| --- | --- |
| S1 | 24 items: 18 ready for review, four in progress, two blocked. Categories do not overlap. |
| S2 | No items have final sign-off. |
| S3 | Both blocked items need the attendance-limit decision. No cause for that missing decision is recorded. |
| S4 | 6 November is a proposed release date, not approved. |
| S5 | No client feedback has been collected. |
| S6 | The project owner requests reviewer assignments and the attendance-limit decision by 2 November. |

Write an update using only these facts. Then check: 18 + 4 + 2 = 24; 18 / 24 = 75% ready for review, not 75% complete. Do not invent a supplier delay, positive feedback or a confirmed release date. The lesson includes a sample reviewed report.
